First, make sure you've got the most recent patches from X-inside: this
problem is mostly (if not completely) solved with current patches (there
are support mailing lists at X-inside...).  Second, the problem is with
BackingStore and/or SaveUnders.  Disable these in your Xaccel.ini file
and you should get rid of the blue lines.
