Apache and host name?

Hi,
As my system is starting up i get something like this:
starting httpd
cannot determine localhost name
use ServerName to start manually
i have a static dial up ppp address and would like for other users to
access web pages on my local machine but cannot figure out how to start
apache for the like of me.
