Has anyone noticed the little mail envelope that is displayed in the
"tray" of fvwm95-2 when you have mail? Well if you have then maybe
you've even clicked on it only to discover that it will display your
messages using the mail program. Does anyone know of a way that when I
double click on the little envelope I can cause say pine to pop up or
some other mail reader? My next question is: I have been creating my
own mailing list archive for learning purposes which I think is a good
idea for all beginners. Anyway, how could I go about combining two
files together? For example, I have tared and gziped netscape Inbox
(Inbox.tar.gz). Now how can I unzip it and untar it and append that
archive onto the beginning of my current netscape Inbox? Any help or
suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
