All this talk about FIPS has brought me to this: For those of you that
don't mind paying a little bit, I *highly* recommend Partition Magic.
This $50 piece of software knows about all the major file system types
and can dynamically and non-destructively change partition sizes. It's
really neat. I carry a diskette with me wherever I go, and I can't
count the number of times I've used it.

Highly recommended. And, no, I don't get any more for the sale of the
product at all.
