Check out the X-based configuration utility printtool. This will
let you setup your printer so it can handle Postscript.
Emacs and vi can be used to read and modify a Postscript file, but
unless you know the Postscript language it isn't clear that is what
you want to do.
Ghostscript will let you view Postscript files on your screen under X11
before you print the file.
