Once you've initiated the ppp session with your ISP, you can use the
command in DIP called MODE. This will set up your mode locally. Then,
if you've set up your local and remote IP addresses, you can run the
command in DIP called DEFAULT. This will set up your routing tables.
Then, you can exit your script, and you should be off and running.
To finish your session, you use 'dip -k'.
