Come on folks...think about what you are saying.  "All" files that
no longer match the original installation would be all the 
binaries, libs, etc.  I think here you mean "All" the config files.

You can just do 'rpm -qcp package.rpm' to find the config files
it has.  If you're paranoid, back those up.  RPM *should* always
back them up for you if it changes them, and should always print
a message to that effect.  If it doesn't, it's a bug.

Now, you can do an 'rpm -V packagename' to see if anything 
changed, but you can't limit that to config files.  I'll talk
to Erik about that.

FWIW, I've mentioned this before...the redhat-list is high
traffic and is subject to not being patrolled by us as well
as we'd like.  Lower traffic lists that are more specific,
like the rpm-list, are more likely to get you somewhere when
making RPM suggestions.  Most often we can leave this list to
help itself along nicely...
