RedHat 4.0 and tcsh

Dear RedHat users,
I have installed RedHat 4.0 and seen that tcsh coming
on the CD is broken. I have tried to recompile from the sources
but it did not help.
Has anybody got a working tcsh with Linux 2.0 ? If
yes would you pls. point me the correct direction to get my tcsh
working.
