exporting files from applix words

Hello,
When I try to export files from applix words (a great suite by the
way!!), in word or wordperfect format, I get errors like the folowwing:
ERROR
/opt/applix/axfilter/outwp6: no such file or directory
when I try to go there, I find that the 'axfilter' dir does not exist. I
installed both os the applix packages:
applix-4.2-2
applix-clipart-4.2-2
am I missing something or is the release?
