Sounds like when you installed Exmh that you  didn't point the MH path to
/usr/bin/mh.  This is where RH has it installed which is rather dumb since
every program that uses MH looks for it in /usr/local/bin/mh.  But RH seams
to have a thing about using /usr/local.
