Please try upgrading to the latest netcfg 2.12 (see our errata at
http://www.redhat.com/support/docs/rhl/rh40-errata-general.html
for the exact location) and see if the bug still exists. If it
does, please send me the contents of the /etc/sysconfig/static-routes
file (preferably in private email) and I'll look into it.
