The two machines are linked by a PPP connection, and all the routing is being handled by gated r3.6 Alpha 2, and it all seems to be hunky dory. My problem is that if the ppp link is broken the ppp interfaces do not show as being down and so gated maintains these routes. I would like the ppp link to show as down so that I can get linux to raise an alert and gated to alter the routing tables accordingly. Does anyone have any experience of this? ...Graham... -- PLEASE read the Red Hat FAQ, Tips, Errata and the MAILING LIST ARCHIVES! ________________________________________________________________________ http://www.redhat.com/RedHat-FAQ http://www.redhat.com/RedHat-Errata http://www.redhat.com/RedHat-Tips http://www.redhat.com/mailing-lists ------------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe: mail -s unsubscribe redhat-list-request@redhat.com < /dev/null
