Next time maybe you could try to make your included selection a *lot* 
smaller, you've repeated the same thing over and over and it's not 
necessary.

These kinds of problems generally come from unstable hardware.  Poor 
SCSI cabling and memory comes to mind.  Check the fan on your cpu.  Try 
moving the memory around, possibly swaping with another machine if you 
can.  Remove any boards that you don't need to run the OS and see if 
that helps.  If it does put them back in one at a time until the system 
starts crashing again.

Try and upgrade to 2.0.23 making sure you read all the notes about 
running the new kernel.

Keep a log file in a book and jot down what was running at the time 
this happened.

Also it's no use reporting these kinds of problems unless you list the 
hardware that it is running on.  It makes a difference.
