Manipulate with the following in your .fvwm2rc(95):
#Style "*" ClickToFocus
# Comment the above and uncomment one of the following if you prefer
# focus follow mouse.
#Style "*" MouseFocus
#Style "*" SloppyFocus
#Style "*" AutoRaise
While in X, open it in an editor, make a change and restart
your Window Manager (total exiting of X is not necessary).
