I was trying to do an NFS install of colgate on a Toshiba notebook
with 4 meg, and after it loaded the pcmcia support it asked me to
choose from a list of ethernet drivers, none of which were the PCMCIA
card which in the current installation prints "eth0: D-Link DE-650,
port 0x320, irq 3, 00 80 C8 81 FD 9F" into the log file when it comes
up. I did a similary install on a Thinkpad with lots of memory and a
3Com card and I don't remember being asked about this. Just thought
someone would like to know.
