A couple of ways to do that:
1. In your ~/.fvwm2rc95, they will be 'swallowed'
by the ButtonBar module, pretty neat.
*FvwmButtons(2x1, Title load, \
Swallow(UseOld) "xload" 'Exec xload \
-nolabel -bg "#a4c4c4" -update 5 -geometry -1000-1000 &')
*FvwmButtons (2x1, Swallow(UseOld) "Desktop" 'FvwmPager 0 0')
2. In your ~/.Xclients
xload &
(I think Pager is a module and it can't be executed
on a shell prompt)
