I have been attempting to play quicktime movies
that I have received from www.cnn.com using the
xanim program that came with RedHat4. I keep
receiving the following error:
[richard@runner 17:54:49 /tmp]$ xanim docking.mov
XAnim Rev 2.70.6.3 by Mark Podlipec (c) 1991-1996
QT Video Codec: Radius Cinepak is unsupported by this executable.(E18)
Any suggestions? Do I need a newer version of xanim?
Is there a better application to use to view Quicktime movies?
I am running RedHat 4.0 (kernel 2.0.24) in 24-bit color
mode using metroX.
