Help !!!!! Cannot install Redhat 3.0.3

Hi, everybody!
I have a problem when install redhat 3.0.3. The CD-ROM cannot be detected.
I using Red Hat Linux 3.0.3 - DOS Boot Installation utility v2.1
I have partitioned my harddisk: one for ms-dos, one for linux filesystem,
and one for linux swapfile.
I have select the option : None SCSI Device, None Ethernet Device,
IDE/ATAPI or SCSI CD-ROM Device
On the next screen, I do not know choose which option, so I choose the
option 5. the scrren is like :

Which device corresponds to the CD drive that you will install Linux
from ?
1. /dev/hda = first IDE drive (rare)
2. /dev/hdb = second IDE drive
3. /dev/hdc = first IDE drive on secondary controller
4. /dev/hdd = second IDE drive on secondary controller
5. /dev/scd0 = SCSI CD-ROM drive
6. /dev/scd1 = Second of two SCSI CD-ROMs (rare)
}
When I save this, and re-boot the system. It is stop at Kernel panic: VFS:
Unable to mount root fs on 0b:00
I am using:
CPU : AMD-5x86
VGA : CL-GD540x/542x
RAM : 16M
CD-ROM : Poineer CD-ROM Device Driver Ver. 1.02, MSCDEX Ver. 2.21 - PC-AT
Compatible, ATAPI(IDE) Drive
Network Card : NE2000
OS : DOS 6.22
HARDDISK : 540MB, 240MB
