Stupid me. I should have described the detailes correctly.
I'm not confusing rpm package and package-file names.
Actually I detected the problem with glint in the first place.
For some reason glint didn't show all the packages, so I started
to clean up my "3.0.3+/4.0 halfway" with rpm command. Now everything
seems to be OK, except I cannot get rid of couple packages
(which are visible also in glint).
