I posted last week and got no response, so I'm giving it one more shot
before I break down and order the CD. On the other hand, I'd like to be
sure it works before I order it.

Here's the situation: I have an Iomega Jaz Jet card, made by AdvanSys,
which has two devices attached to it: an internal Jaz drive (ID4) and an HP
scanner (ID1). I have attempted a Red Hat 4.0 installation to HD without
the Jaz drive installed, and it works fine. With the Jaz plugged in, the
install program crashes right after insmod loads advansys.o. The message is:

Kernel panic: No device found in allocate_device

I want to install to the Jaz, so simply not loading SCSI support is not an
option. Anyone care to help out?

Thanks,
Matthew
