Hello. I just got my RedHat 4.0 cdrom! Yeah... I had the majority
installed previously via NFS. I recently got XFree86 working... My
question is (since I installed X by hand), I seem to be missing some
fonts in order to run control-panel or glint. What is the proper order
of things to install to get X, control-panel and glint happy? I really
don't want to use the install programs as I've gotten everything
working nicely to this point w/o using the cdrom yet.
I just got X running today, but I'm missing a few things I presume I
need for glint and control-panel to work proper. Like Adobe-Helvetica-
Bold-R-Normal for control-panel, and where might that illustrious font
be hiding? perhaps a silly little rpm that is not so nicely named? And
the wonderful glint appears to need that font too. I though I had
installed everything that said *font*.rpm at all. Can anyone help me
with this? I'm thinking thats the only thing I'm missing but I won't
know until I install that font.
