Thanks The only problem with the new libc is the new malloc, and it can be compiled with the old malloc. Try ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/RPMS/libc-gnumalloc-5.3.12-5.i386.rpm If you use the old libc, you should write a wrapper script, so that only netscape sees the old libc. I don't think that is necessary if you use the new libc with the old malloc.
