I haven't been able to get procmail to filter mail into various
Pine folders since RH 2.1 (I had it working great way back then),
but now I really need to figure this out.
I've gone through the Filtering Mail FAQ bit by bit, and while it
was *so* easy the first time I did it, now I can't get it to work
at all. The biggest piece of evidence I have is that the log file
in $HOME/.procmail doesn't register anything when mail comes in,
even though I have VERBOSE=on in $HOME/.procmailrc. It does, however
register when the 'calendar' program sends me my daily reminder note.
That sounds as if the mail coming into the system from outside just
isn't going through procmail somehow.
Can anyone give me a suggestion on what to check into next?
