Not sure if this is in the right place...but.....

I need to backup this machine's /home directory more often. However, since
it doesn't have a tape unit yet, I've been doing it to the second hard disk
using tar.

I have access on campus to a DAT unit on a Novell 3.12 server and a DAT
unit on a Mac Powerserver. (both run the tcp/ip protocol) Does anyone know
any efficent way to backup this Linux box using one of those machines? I
was thinking of Netatalk and using the Mac, however it doesn't support root
logins. How about Novell? Would I have to setup IPX or could I do it
through the TCP/IP?

Thanks!
