No.

Your best bet is to create a set of shell command aliases.

Actually, the way I do this at work is to have menus that pop up Xterms
which get a -e argument that executes the telnet annex 500x or whatever in
it.

I build routers for a living. We debug remotely from our offices using
terminal servers to allow us to telnet to the console ports of our test
routers.
