Yes, sort of. (I retired it in favor of a Mach-64). As far as I know, the only
X server that supports it is Accelerated-X. Accelerated-X "officially"
supports both the 1mb and 2mb versions of the STB Horizon 64, but they only
tested it on a 2mb Horizon 64 card. 1.3 did not work with the 1mb Horizon
64 card. They sent me a fix, but the fix has various glitches that
convinced me to get another video card. 

You can get a 2mb ATI Mach 64 Expression for around $80 that is supported by
the latest beta of XFree-86. That is cheaper than paying $99 for
Accellerated-X, though it is a bit slower (XFree, that is, not Accellerated-X,
which blazes pretty swiftly on the Horizon-64).
