I did an upgrade recently and it seemed to me that the upgrade would only
upgrade the RPMS that are already there in your system. The new RPMS in 4.0
were never installed. TheNextStep or TheNextLevel is one example. 3.0.3
doesn't have it and so upgrade didn't install it at all. whyis that?
