Small f2c problem with Colgate

I noticed that the preformatted manual page for f2c has
been installed in /usr/man/man1/f2c.1. This means that it
gets passed through groff. making it illegible.
BTW, where can I get GNU g77 in RPM form from? It
seems that the -g flag of f2c doesn't actually produce
executables that can be run under gdb.
Lastly, I noticed that "rpm -qip tcl*" indicates that
the information paragraph for tcl-7.5 thinks that it is
still tcl-7.4. (Minor thing, I know).
