Although I don't exactly remember, I think I was. Looking to the file,
it is owned by and also group root. Just like /var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm.
Queries like rpm -q rpm-name still give the good answer, so I still hope
my rpm-base is still in order.
Anyone else an idea how I can start again? At the moment I cannot install
any package because the rpm-program cannot open //var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm
