It's also on the CD in /misc/src/install.

It's also in the "newt" RPM. newt was also used for the new
timeconfig and kbdconfig tools, as well as the front end for the
new Xconfigurator that we have (which is really xf86config that
I "newtered" and a monitor database added by Erik along with a
ton of code cleanups to xf86config, with many left to go).
