Re: /etc/nologins still doesn't work after installing patches

well, no I didn't ..  BUT ... I did it from scratch on the same
machine and on another machine and : nologin stops telnet sessions but
NOT rlogin sessions, also when one telnets to this machine the system
comes up with the /etc/nologin message but also "login incorect" even
though the passwd was correct.  3.0.3 did not do that and IMHO I think
its a bug.
