There are two updated packages available via FTP from ftp.redhat.com.

 o mingetty-0.9.4-2

mingetty did not allow some characters in user names. So, for
instance, if typed in a valid user name which included a '-'
character, mingetty aborted the login attempt, keeping users
with '-' characters in their login names from logging in at the
    console.

To fix this, upgrade to one of:
    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/i386/mingetty-0.9.4-2.i386.rpm
    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/axp/mingetty-0.9.4-2.axp.rpm
    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/sparc/mingetty-0.9.4-2.sparc.rpm

 o NetKit-B-0.08-8

rlogind in some cases put the wrong machine name in utmp,
causing utilities like `w' to incorrectly report what remote
machine users were logged in from.

To fix this, upgrade to one of:
    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/i386/NetKit-B-0.08-8.i386.rpm
    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/axp/NetKit-B-0.08-8.axp.rpm
    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/sparc/NetKit-B-0.08-8.sparc.rpm
