I need to modify the config file on the supplimental disk which specifies
PCMCIA devices in order to get my IBM Home and Away PCMCIA multifunction
card to work.
I have Slackware 3.1 already installed on the notebook and have networking
working. I want to install RH on my notebook via NFS, but without
modifying config file, my PCMCIA ethernet card will not work.
What steps do I need to take to update my supplimental disk to work? I
can't just gunzip the pcmcia.cgz cause I will get checksum errors after
editing and gzip.
Anyway, Thanx a lot,
Todd Weible
