Duh, I didn't even check since it didn't support it in the previous version. I just now checked the documentation, (www.xfree86.org) and it does look like supports 24bpp for my card (S3 968). I am looking forward to trying it when I get home. Thanks for the info, and thanks to XFree86 for their work. These guys deserve a lot of credit. And the next release of XFree86 due in a week or so supports _Matrox_Millenium_. Cool. Sorry Xinside, it looks like I won't be sending you any money. Now there is definitely no reason to use Metro-X either.
