Some bugs and wishes on RH 4.0

1) I get a daily message from cron:
find: /var/log/wtmp: No such file or directory
Is this an error in the logging mechanism, an error in /etc/crontab or does
it mean that there are simply no informations to log?
2) There is a command 'adduser', but no man page for it. I also miss
'deluser' (or 'userdel') as well as 'groupadd' and 'groupdel'.
There is 'usercfg', but what shall I do at the console?
3) I would really love to see rpm's of the gcc integrated with _all_ available
compilers, that are (to my knowledge) C/C++/Obj-C/f77/Ada. There are rpm's
in Incoming, but not f77 _and_ Ada integrated.
4) I would also love to see some more docs about rpm. There is some
(slightly outdated) documentation on www.redhat.com. At least this
should be included with 4.0.
But let my say that I'm impressed by RH 4.0. Lot's of people have trouble
installing it (like I had) and there seem to be still some bugs. But that's
_nothing_ compared to the problems you can have with other OS'es.
Thanks.
Ciao
