Well folks, I still have a mirror of redhat-3.0.3 from RedHat's
site. it's located on smurphy's ftp corner and is still installed as
default Distribution for ftp-installs. the only Manko I have there is
the missing of the boot Disks-Directory. It simply was too much.
it's on:
ftp://pc50.zrz.tu-berlin.de/pub/RedHat
For installation. Redhat-4.0 is also located there, but I still use
3.0.3 for important Stuff. Please, be kind with this little
Machine. It's a 486DX2-66MHz :) serving as a Server for 25 Clients
(NIS ans NFS) and has a lot of other things to do ;) This little
Maschine has more ftp-hits in 1 Day than our official FTP Server from the
ZRZ (Central Computing Center) of the Technical University of Berlin
in 2 Weeks (Sun Sparc 20, SMP 4 CPU's and 256 MB Ram - no, no
sparc-linux on it "yet" ;) ).
BTW: I need a boot-disk (redhat 3.0.3) for the AHA2940 and the WD8x03
Ethernet Card. Do any kind soul around here has it already running ?
I'd have to get the Patches to make it if not ;) If yes, could you
deposit it on /pub/incoming on pc50 ? Thx ;)
