I seem to remember a utility in the 3.0.3 release called hdtool (?)
which was immensely useful as a frontend to hdparm, etc, apart from
the fact that it needed a little guesswork to get it to start up (ie:
it wouldn't fire up first time unless you created an (empty) magic
config file in /etc, somewhere...)

Has this program been removed from the 4.0 distribution, of have I
just misplaced/mis-remembered it?
