I'm trying to move the contents of my hard drive from one to another...

A previous suggestion was:

boot with a root disk, mount the drives and then cp -af /source /target

I haven't figured out how to make a root disk- I have (the official) Redhat
4.0, does the cd-rom or the install floppies have the capabilities to boot
up and give me a prompt so I can mount my 2 drives and then copy evertyin
over?

I looked at the boot-disk howto, but it lists a bunch of (time-consuming)
steps to make a root disk. I remember from using slackware several years
ago that it had the images to quickly make a root disk- anybody know if it
still does, or if Redhat has one buried away somewhere?

All I want to do is boot a small linux from a floppy- one that can mount
and cp!

Thanks for any suggestions- Andy
