On a RH4.0 box with AcceleratedX 2.1 seemingly running OK
there are two small somewhat irritating problems to which
a solution escapes me.

1. Whether using the start button to try and exit X gracefully
or just hitting CTRL-backspace - I always get a core file when
the BASH prompt returns.

2. All BASH/SHELL variables that are set prior to running
"startx" do not show up in the XTERM session.

Anyone have any comments on why these conditions might exist
or what to do about them?

Thanks.
