My Diamond display still looks funny (three columns of short horizontal
lines) in 8 bit and 32 bit color - it looks fine in 16 bit. I've tried
putting " Option "diamond" and Option "Diamond" " in tons of places all
over my config, but i can't get it to work. Can someone please post a
working XF86Config?
The FAQ, incidentally, isn't helpful (the command it reccomends
Option "Diamond isn't even syntactically correct to my knowledge) and
I'd be willing to write and update if I can get this to work (and if the
folks at RH want to change it).
i've got the Diamond 64 Stealth Video VRAM, and a Microscan ADI 4v+
monitor (15"). I'm running X11 3.1.2.7 (or whatever the latest beta is).
I'll email you my XF86Config if you think that will help, but I'd rather
not take up so much space on the list :)
Thanks in advance.
