How do i Start Screen Saver in X windows ?

I Recently installed RH 5.2 on my system. I am new to linux and this
question may sound funny. how do i start screen saver in x windows
system? In X-windows in start menu i see Screen Saver or Screen Lock
icon. But when i press is nothing is happening.
