I am writing a shell (sh) script, and I want it to pause
for a keystroke to resume. Something like this snippet
of pseudo-code:

#
echo "insert floppy disk now"
echo "press any key when ready"
pause for keystroke
mount /mnt/floppy
#

How does something like this get put into a script
