Since Unix permissions as such have no meaning in Windows, Linux will
assign a default permission to the mounted filesystem(s) at
mount time.
If you want to make these permissions such that they're writeable by
all (like rw-rw-rw, or 666) you'll need to adjust the line in /etc/fstab
for that particular filesystem.
Look at the mount manpage for more information.
