I would still suggest the `Official' RedHat box since the booklet
included there contains some valuable information about RH's specific
applications such as the control panels, RH's specific configuration,
locations of config files etc. It has also paragraph about PAM modules
that RH uses and that info was very hard to get for me otherwise.
The official CD includes BRU backup software too.

I agree that RH support practically does not exist. At first I was
registering the products I got from them, a few times I sent them
e-mail asking help with installation but all I received back were
automatically generated responses saying `read our mailing lists
archives'. It was just waste of my time.
