All you have to do is pick one the HP printers from the Printer 
Configuration and .ps  files will automatically be printed.

For instance I have on old beater Okidata Ol-400 printer. It
isn't an postscript printer per say, but by choosing an HP
LaserJet printer driver, I can print .ps docs.
