As far as hardware is concerned I'd go for a 8mm or 4mm Exabyte or HP
drive. The backup software could be 'Arkeia' or 'Amanda' for network
backups since BRU is rather expensive for a network backup system.

I personally use a HP dat along with Amanda, but there are others that
are just as fine and probably cheaper. 'Amanda' is free, but both
'BRU' and 'Arkeia' are commercial software. Check the links on my
