Gentlemen:
My apologies up front for the off topic posting....
But I'm hoping for the generosity and good will of the Red Hat community
to assist me in my moment of need.
I'm putting together a system for a lady from my church (who has four
kids, no husband, no money) for her and her kids to use. I've got almost
everything I need (lots of spare parts around here and generous friends)
except for a CDROM drive. It's only an old 486-DX/33 with 20megs RAM and
a small hard drive so its not bleeding edge.
If someone would be willing to doante an old CDROM drive (which works
with Windoze-yuck--please note that I run RH on MY computer :^) or knows
where one can find such things (for free + postage or near-free) please
let me know so I can finish this thing up and get it out to her before
Christmas rolls around.
