Well, expect handme-downs as Alaska is probably gonna be last for
everything.

Maine is not on the Bell Atlantic DSL deployment schedule, which tells the
cities being hooked up over the next 2-3 years.

My opinion, do it yourself (DSL, wireless, etc..) and be a few years ahead
of the telcos.
