NO, this is NOT correct. /var/spool/mqueue is where the outgoing queue sits.
/var/spool/mail is where PROCMAIL delivers. The way is to configure
procmail. Sendmail has abs nothing to do with the delivery to local
mailboxes.
And of course, better yet, switch to qmail www.qmail.org Bruece has awesome
SRPMS built for it.
