Are you looking for a utility that reports the bytes
actually coming in from the terminal you are working on?
or are you looking for a utility that will report the
keyboard activity of a user other than yourself working on
a remote terminal?

In the first case, I have a C source util that tells you
the raw bytes returned from your terminal. In the second
case, buy the product called Double Vision which can only
be used by superuser. Its also really good for helping
remote user learn to use a character based application.

The original requester should reply to fl@commpower.com for
additional help rather than the list.
